I'd suggest a long and medium right around 36" L 18-24" W backpack and around 16" D Just my personal opinion on the ideal shape but really its up to you. Try some on and see how it feels and ask to be able to stuff it with something, thats what I did and I crammed that fucker full, beyond full and my god is it great.
