Are these St. George's Mushroom, Calocybe Gambosa ? I found them in a grass field growing in rings, they smell like raw flour and the inner flesh and gills are all white. The only thing that has me questioning it is that the cap colour varies hugely. Most are white but a few of them are kind of tan brown. Could it just be sunlight darkening them?
