My only suggestion ... having dealt with shitty vinyl stickers before ... connect the weak points (like the edge of teh table to the bear). Those are always the first spots to peel up, and not having them connected makes them a bitch to stick down to stuff.
Might look better with a little more of the table filled in on the bottom.
