Just started actually planning it out a bit more, I'll probably cut off the north end at least, one of the last things I'll see being a tree some MOTHERFUCKERS CUT DOWN LAST YEAR REEEEEE. I kid, but it seems like it would have been a nice little end point before heading south to Bardon Mill for train access and heading home.
Not sure how worthwhile the bit north of the Peak District (between Manchester and Leeds) is.
Honestly, I'm a pretty big normalfag when it comes to walking myself, I tend to go in June (or September) to avoid the big crowds while still having as nice as possible weather.
