The anthropocene extinctions and biodiversty loss is a geological tradgey, sure, but it's not humans who are to blame, that would assume most people have control over their actions and understand the implications of what they do. Aleinated urban subhumans aren't bad because they are human, they are bad because they have no ecological relationship to the world they live in. Humans are the only way to fix this mess and our ability to consciously understand what life is, is a treasure in an evolutionary sense.
