>>1459401You just attack the hills and plow right through them. Adjust the plow to the lowest/deepest setting. If the hills are too difficult then you'll need a completely different tool. Individual hills that are pretty high will probably need a broadfork. A hilled row should allow the use of the machine in your image. Just straddle the row.
A broadfork is fairly easy to use and more versatile than a machine, but will be more work in the long run. They also come in various widths so shop around for what you may want. If you have a welder, you can make a broadfork out of rebar or whatever.
