I'm a bong, so all I know is British fascism, in which Mosley proposed elections for a national industry council, as well as MPs who exist purely to keep the government in check, while the NIC run the country. The british union of fascists were quite popular back in the day, there is more to fascism then just secret police. I recommend both "fascism for the million" and "tomorrow we live" if your interested, both by Sir Mosley.
