Cats are far too small to successfully take turkeys. Weird variations in their average size are the exception that proves the rule.
Average sized cats struggle to take chickens. Pic related was living in the same shed where I keep my fowl. I had to evict him because a silly hen decided to hatch out some chicks in the fall. I only worry about cats when I have chicks running around. Otherwise they do Sterling work controlling mice. Which is the prey they are adapted to catch. That cat was inches away from my birds at any given time. It didn't fuck with them because it would have gotten an ass full of spur.
