>>1547284The zoom H1 is indeed handy though. Not a pro rig, but pocket recorders are much more versatile. Also those mini mics are pretty great and also versatile but a little bit noisy, which can be fine in a lot of situations but in very quiet environments the noise might chap your gears.
When I take my proper rig out it's basically an entire daypack of gear, so I can only really bring water and a small snack, unless I use my big hiking pack.
