any of the above knives, depending on exactly what size of blade you want. the classic and the regular companion are the most versatile and over-all useful of the bunch. the 511 is literally under 10 dollars and an amazing knife. if you live near salt water get the stainless otherwise the carbon is almost always better. patina the blade with apple cider vinegar or something if you don't want it to rust.
all these are cheap good knives that you can easily sharpen in the field.
