>>1815330We inherited this crusher/grinder from a dead relative so it was entirely free, it's like 50 years old but still works fine (it's got an async motor so pretty much no maintenance required). I don't know if this design is popular in the US but ours looks similar to pic related. On the end of the shaft there are rotating weights that crush the seeds and all around is a sieve with big holes. You can change the sieve to adjust fineness, I'm using 10 mm holes but I tried 12 mm but that just lets half the corn seeds through without crushing them at all. I bought these additional sieves as the one we inherited it with was 6 mm which literally just made corn flour. Still, would be nice if I could increase the solid parts : flour ratio.
Maybe I could make my own pellets?
