If you're looking for a bargain you're going to have to make a compromise somewhere, either in size or warmth or material quality. The cheap ones on amazon will probably get the job done but pay extra attention to the % of wool and how big they are.
I own two 100% wool blankets, one from Ikea (made in Italy surprisingly) and another from patrick king woollen company (made in England). Both were <$100. I'd say the ikea one is a bit warmer and more of a winter blanket. I love the patrick king one though because I can use it 4 seasons. It doesn't overheat you in the warmer months the way polyester and cotton do.
