Before I just knew that fishing with a reel-rod or whatever that is, requires a permit that costs something.
Now, fishing with these rods that DONT have a reel, the kind of where you tie the line to the end of the pole, is completely licence free and is part of the right to roam, same as gathering mushrooms or picking berries.
