Roughly and off the top of my head:
Saw (would prefer bow saw, but a folding saw would do). Silky saw is #1, if you can't then a Bahco will do.
I like a good large survival knife for battoning and splitting wood when I don't have an axe. I carry my Buck Hoodlum as a first choice, and a Cold Steel Trail master as a second.
