There are a few companies who make boots like that, but they're mostly straight up army boots, or lined. I've had bad experience with the drying time on some of those... dunno wether unlined boots are that much better but it's worth a try.
Pic related: some really nice ankle boots, partial lining, but the leather is so thick some doubt they ever do break in. Plus they're 350€, which is really too much for an experiment.
