Most of the time I don't have problems. I'm white, I normally don't look homeless, and I don't set up camp with 5 rods out and filleting everything I catch so people are easy on me. If you go there with a group or rowdy people and leave a bunch of empty worm containers and beer cans around, they might get pissed.
The people who own these buildings are nowhere around anyway. And if somebody tells me to leave, I'm not going to argue with them. I talk to people working in these places a lot too and it's all good.
