I am looking for a reasonable quality flashlights, one to use as an forehead strapped one, and another classic, held in hand.
My budget is around 40 euro each, my criteria is that a) it needs to have rechargeable battery and b) it needs to be available in europe. Bonus points for being simple to use, i want to buy it for my father who is getting a bit old.
