You load these large carts with blood samples (usually 30 gallons worth of vials from the lab) vomit bags, surgical suck off, etc, goes into this machine. It uses steam to cook the stuff to 300 degrees. Drag carts out, load them onto a garbage disposal arm, lift and dump. My machine is old and fucked, it leaks and the smells are not contained like they're suppose to. Instead of buying a proper seal, they literally use that flex seal shit, the heat eats away at it after a few bakes. This hospital is 80 years old, is shutting down in 3 years.
