On a more serious note I recommend pic related
Good intermediate between babby sharpeners and nice stones in that you progress through increasingly finer plates/hones like you do with the fancypants whetstones but it also has the angle guides so you have something to keep your technique in check while still teaching you the feel for it.
You won't get as nice of an edge as with what all the other anons are suggesting but still good enough to pass the paper test with ease.

Best thing I've used is the field sharpener from worksharp. You're not gonna be doing any heavy reprofiling on it but it puts a great edge on basically everything and it's super portable.
Everything else posted ITT is also a good option tho, you can use basically anything as long as it's not one of those demonic graphite V sharpeners.
