They don't make formal gear recommendations but when I talked to PCVs on the forums about my Goruck their advice was to get an Osprey. There was also another pack review that mentioned something similar. the review was about a photography pack for slumming (in India I think?) and I remember the reviewer was Nordic, pretty tall and had a blond ponytail. I can't find it but maybe that description will tip off someone else's memory. So I guess, to answer your question, I can't elaborate substantively. All I have is hearsay, maybe it's bullshit.
