It would have built means to use paracord and trekking poles or twigs or tent frame sticks to accomplish 1,3,4,5,7 and water proof zippers for 3 and 6.
I'd want to be able to hang like regular hammock effortlessly from wearing position from stainless steel hand holds as seen in pick, and hoist myself up and down with handy cords and little block and tackle.
PS-Never like ponchos because makes it awkward to fiddle with stuff on front and having big hole in middle of my tarp triggers my autism.
