The top is North; the bottom is South. Left side and right side are West and East; respectively.
There's lawn at the west and south sides so those rules can't bend. There's a row of west to east trees directly above the plot on the North end. Anywhere zone 12 and possibly beyond is open, as is any possible plots in or around the row of trees. We'll call this the tree zone, I suppose.
