Unpaid Varusteleka shill here. Check out the "Tactical" jeans they make. They are stretchy material and have a crotch gusset so you can do deep squats in them. They make them in blue too so you can wear them in the city just fine. I go through a pair a year of heavy use.
There's no perfect pair of pants so you're going to have to compromise on something.
