>>2448437I was testing a solo rig but I had it directly on the harness(no chest rig), also a roll 'n lock on a short extension below it for backup. I think it was it was restricted by the other gear crowding it and the sudden change in orientation(going from being dragged to being hung on) twisted the biner(see pic related) in an abnormal way and forced it out of it's slot(where the x is in the pic). It would probably never happen in normal use or like you have it where it's suspended away from the harness. In my case if it is the second device on an extension it should be fine.
