i love the valley, but i have a policy to never visit from memorial weekend through labor day weekend unless i'll be on the trail by 7 am and won't be back to the car until after 8 pm. pic very related when i foolishly broke that rule a couple summers ago on the weekend before the 4th of july for a friend's birthday.
>>1280785>has anyone ever taken YARTS there before? how is it? whats the length? is it worth taking?i've considered taking it in from mariposa (i have a place to stay there), but being on my own schedule always wins out.
>what are some cool trails/hikes I can do in an afternoon and get back on the YARTS before it shuts down?how fast do you hike?
>Im only taking a jansport backpack but how much food and water will one man need?the same amount you would for any other half day hike
>>1280789>>1281201t. never went more than 1/4 mile from pavement and still have the nerve to complain that other people are the problem. the asians never leave sight of their tour bus, and innawoods germans are bros.
