For those who need to buy one, the most easily found would probably be some Swedish brand since the Swedes make and sell a lot of axes which are generally of good quality. They're probably a different shape from Slovenian axes because that's just the way Swedes make axes. Same goes for American/Italian/German/whatever axes, since different regions and different uses require changes to tools for them to be most efficient, like the differences between a splitting axe and a felling axe. There are hundreds of viable ways to shape an axe head to give a useable form
