Thanks for this mate. This is what I ended up doing in the end. I've been eating them the past couple of weeks and they taste great. Good bite to them, sharp but not too sharp and lots of flavour.
Only downside is that quite a few of them have these little black dots on them. I cut these out before eating them but I think I'd prefer to not have them at all.
So what are these things and how do I make this happen less next year?
