If you're spending the money, the Doublenest offers more room and comfort. It's not meant for 2 people really, just more room yo move around.
Those tree straps will only work if you have another setup to adjust the tension. Otherwise you'll need to find 2 trees perfectly spaced every time. They will work with Whoopie slings, but just the straps and hammock together you won't be able to properly hang it. Of you're looking for ease of use, get the ENO Atlas straps instead of these.
The ember 2 does not have good reviews in the hammock community. It does not fit perfect and is not very warm. It's really a warm weather quilt at best. The eno vulcan is better but also not very warm for the price. Consider a quilt from arrowhead equipment. Heck, consider a whole package from arrowhead, they can hook you up all in one shot with their new hanger kits.
