Here is mine, a Specialized Pitch I got it for free due to serious damage on most components, including a fork that was rusted in place, unuseable brakes and shifters.
I ended up replacing quite a lot on it:
>new Shimano M-365 hydraulic disc brakes
>new Rockshox Recon Silver fork with remote lock out
>Schwalbe SmartSam 27.5x2.6" front 27.5x2.3" rear both at 0.7-1.5 bar depending on the trail
>new chainring
>new cassette
>new chain
>new cables
>pinned platform pedals for maximum grip
Now it rides better than when it was new, the new air-fork is realy supple and is adjustable to my weight of 56 kg.
