When the fire is of adequate size it may be moved to a regular fire ring to avoid the burning of my helpful wind-blocking tree (this area becomes my new shitty-weather fire staging area). Every item mentioned is water-proof, easily accessible, dependable and above all else, functional in all weather. How would you start a fire in shitty conditions?
