We're on acreage and have a new baby and I found a couple timber rattlers. I even used the wife's pink .22 to dispatch them. And she wants me to hunt around and find any others (and kill them).
But even I'm not complacent enough to put them in the freezer next to the lima beans.
So seriously.
Talk to her about it.
Even if she says it's fine- wrap it in a black garbage bag (like that night in Tijuana) and stuff it where she can't see it.
