If you actually want to subsist and not LARP with failed no-till gardening and other hippy memes, then dairy sheep is your best bet. With good rotational grazing you could get at least 7 sheep on there, more if you have good sunny pasture. Sell or butcher the lambs, keep the milk, slaughter them when too old.
