Trying to make a general purpose blankie
Want to use it for the following purposes:
>scarf/shemagh/poncho
>"bivy"/outer blanket/bug protection (used over a sleeping bag in colder weather)
>(less important) towel for beach and outdoor showering
Ideally it would be windblocking, moisture repellant, fairly thin and dry decently quickly.
What should I make it out of? I was looking at loden and other felted wools.
I'd like it to feel and look natural and nice, but I appreciate synthetic's probably the more versatile choice. Not a fan of the slippery calendared ultralight shell fabrics
