i spent last night camped out in our yard with my 5 year old. somehow on 1/3 of an acre the only non-lumpy spot i could find was under the swing set. but it was fun. i brought my jetboil outside to make coffee this morning and we hung out and read for an hour or so. and as a bonus it was very mild overnight, so i was able to try out sleeping with just my bag liner + costco down quilt. i was comfy, but not comfy enough to risk it where i didn't have a fallback option if the temps decided to make an unexpected drop.
