So - my new little peppers have grown well. On the right is a Korean pepper plant, and left is jalapeno. Both have had several prunings and are bushing nicely, but since I grow everything indoors it's always spring/summer to them, and they keep trying to set flowers.
At what point do you guys stop topping/pruning, and just let them go? Both plants are about 8-9" tall from the soil line, and have at least 3 main trunks each at this point.
