We had discussed the feasibility of my LARP in colder weather, and I wanted to see how much space and weight a bunch of extra pelts would take up. In picrel, in total, there is a red deer, a reindeer, a seal and a sheep. There's also the blanket and the very thin Bundeswehr milsurp folding mat. Even on the hard ground we picnic'd at, it was very soft and warm. I am pretty certain that with that amount of comfy, I could easily flirt with overnighting in freezing temps, especially if I don't also have to carry provisions and kit for a giant gluttonous and thirsty dog (he eats and drinks more weight than me kek) and a wife that I won't let lift heavy things.
>>2466571>>2466602>>2467027It looks like you had a nice equinox /out/ing, shovelking. Day-trip or overnighter? I can't believe you had clearer skies than us. We had sudden and heavy thunderstorm and rain for most of the hike up the mountain (hence the poncho), and then back to normal as we reached the top. I did receive some personal good news related to what the thundering charioteer actually represents right before going /out/, so it is possible that the thunder and lightning were signs or blessings. I have seen too many coincidences to discard the possibility kek.
>>2467507That's great, friend. Keep at it, and remember to maintain the leather in the same way to prolong its lifespan.
>tearIt doesn't look like a tear yet, more like a thread in the canvas got pulled slightly. I wouldn't worry about it, but if you really want to, I guess you could preemptively patch it or something. Maybe some other anon has a better idea.
And again, I am sorry for misunderstanding you in the other thread. That was an embarrassing error on my part, and you did nothing to cause it.
>>2467517My fellow shovelposter! Are you the anon that lamented my absence in the patch thread kek?
