These are the remaining, semi-moldy seeds which are likely past the point of getting them to germinate. Though some of them seem to have properly fermented. Ah well. My great grandmother had a set of them drying for several weeks that were in worse shape and she lived this long. A few badly fermented beans won't kill me.
