I just moved in to a new apartment with a balcony and I'm getting my poorman's garden going. Already have some garlic chives, lemon basil, opal basil, sweet basil, thyme, rosemary, sage, jalapenos, bird eye chili, swiss chard, green beans and green onions going.
I'm about to start some tomatoes. It's a determinate species of Patio Choice. It will grow to a max height of 2 feet. I have a pot with the pic related dimensions.
The question: Do I do a single stalk in the center? Or, should I do four stalks in a North, South, East and West quadrant?
