The alliance between the environmental movement and the left in the West is rather unusual, and full of contradictions - open borders and attempting to boost Africa's population and development definitely aren't environmentalist positions. Hopefully our environmentalists will realize that Red China isn't a country we should seek to emulate, before it's too late.
