For instance, here's an infographic from the /k/ sticky that caught my eye. I think there's a lot of info here that is good for some people, but maybe not everybody, even though it's perfectly good info for those people it's going to apply to (using MOLLE packs, carrying rifles and pistols, using packs with many outer pockets, etc.).
There is also info here that is going to be widely agreed-upon, but not explained in the same way as other people might explain it due to differences in gear or technique (putting lighter items on the bottom of your pack - the bottom of my backpack, for instance, doesn't carry low enough to affect my balance, so I only put my sleeping bag on the bottom of my pack for compression purposes).
And finally, there is a peppering of bad advice as well (strapping your sleeping bag to the outside of your pack - a common, but all around poorly thought-out practice).
