Knots. I need to learn knots. As a regular fisherman I just use the same ol' knots. Trilene knot, Improved Clinch that is really it.
For the time being, I ordered a pflueger combo and the highest rated fly set on amazon with good variety. I'm in sunny South Florida so trout are at the bottom of my catch list lol.
There are literally thousands of canals down here to chose from. I always have decent luck with lizards or frogs on the surface, but getting a light, popper frog or the likes would just slay these bass. Also Snakeheads, would love to bring one of those in on a fly-ROD
