5 pint jars of Salsa last night using 4.5 lbs of tomatoes from the garden.
8 3/4 pints of Apple Butter today using 15 lbs of apples from the tree. About 10 lbs of them were fallen apples I collected over the past week and a half. I probably should have just stuck with the 10 lbs instead of picking some more since I only managed to get about 10 lbs in a stock pot for pre-strainer simmering. I definitely won't be running out of spread this year.
