I wonder who is supposed to clean that shit up? Here in Baltimore there was an upset a few months ago because a murder scene was never cleaned up after the investigation and bodies had been carted off. Just blood and a shot up bus stop and a bunch of poor people having to step over it to catch a ride into town.
