The kind of masculinity she's talking about actually does hurt men, but not because it's inherently valuable or true—the opposite in fact—because constructed masculinity is the only leg some men have to stand on to look down on others, and when that masculinity is called into question, they are driven back upon themselves and invariably find what's there wanting. This could be an opportunity for personal growth, but that would require humility and hard work, and what distinguishes the Men's Rights Activist is his need to feel superior without resorting to these. It's fitting then that the totemic act of MGTOW is one that requires nothing of them.
And yes there are women out there looking just to get knocked-up or to take advantage of wealthy men; the schizophrenic logic I mentioned earlier comes into play when you make those women a synecdoche for all women, and hallucinate a gyno-cabal against betas. Um-hm.
