Ive been growing peppers for years and i still dont understand how you should water young pepper plants without getting edema. I bottom water them once every week when the pots feel light and every time all the bigger leaves curl downwards and get edema. Relative humidity stays between 40-50 most of the time and temperature between 18-21 °C. It must be the soil im using or the water being too cold. Should i mix some sand in it so it does not hold water so long?
