i work construction and i rarely use my wave because my other tools do the job better. noone that does construction buys multitools because they dont need compact tools they have a truckbed littered with toolbags/boxes.
/out/doorsmen on the other hand could definitely make use of a leatherman(yep even the pliers). over a sak as well pound for pound, unless all you do is ultralight backpacking.
