If you get riled up about people using phones /out/, you're probably one of those anxiety-ridden "muh connect with nature" escapist weirdos. A pragmatic, competent /out/ist should see a phone as just another tool to take pictures of cool bugs, write down notes, etc. If you can't carry your phone without obsessively browsing the internet, or if you depend on it to navigate instead of learning to use a map, the problem is not the phone, the problem is you.
