Rototilled the garden today. The divider is so I didn't run over the potatoes I planted 2 weeks ago. Tomorrow I'll plant the carrots if the wind dies down. I'll keep the carrot rows covered with a heavy drop cloth until they germinate to keep the soil from drying out.
The lawn will need a watering now that I have the outside water turned on. Its been very dry so far this spring. I can't actually use the garden sprinklers because there is a busted line, and it was never very effective. I bought a drip manifold that screws onto a 1/2" riser, so I'm going to fix the line then turn all the other heads off. The easy way to find the leak is to turn the water on for a while then find the part of the lawn that feels like a water bed.
