>>1775958I've made a few, mostly because I've got a climate with weird spring weather so I needed to breed hardier plants adapted to my area. The thing to watch out for with carrots is something called cytoplasmic male sterility, its a process where carrots and other crops are either bred or scientifically altered to not produce pollen. If your carrots bloom and don't have anthers then you should pinch off the flowers so they don't get pollinated and produce seeds with with male sterility.
