Also from the looks of it. If we could arrange this so it doesn't start for a year or 2. Which is perfectly reasonable considering. We'd have a lot more people with money to invest.
Heck if I wanted to do this intelligently I'd need 1-2 years to pay off my car and get to the point where I'm allowed to sell my house. Along with building up a reasonable nest egg to start this adventure.
